- COMEI is working with other partners to promote the rights of the vulnerable such as children living with HIV.
- Through a partnership with Peace Centre Uganda, 5 vulnerable and orphaned children living with HIV have been enrolled in school.
- Working with other networks such as Kigezi Civil Society Forum, Western Uganda CSO Network, Human Rights Defenders, Uganda National NGO Forum, Civil Society budget advocacy Group and others to promote networking and information sharing among CSOs.
