Comei Management Team

COMEI has a secretariat composed of four departments namely Programs, Finance, Human resource, Monitoring and evaluation each headed by a manager. These departments report to the Executive Director senior who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization and overall coordination of all project activities as well as reporting to different stakeholders.

Management and administration functions including programming (planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting) are performed by a Secretariat headed by an Executive Director. The secretariat has the responsibility of implementing the strategic priorities of the organization to meet the different organizational and project objectives.
